Walkable corridors. A jazz brasserie in a former CVS. Public space, lighting, markets, and activation redesigned as a single experience. A neighborhood that chose its own future.
NORTH BROAD: THE MUSIC DISTRICT
Uptown rebirth. Jazz festival overlays, transit-linked nightlife, and cultural infrastructure reclaimed from abandonment.
FOOD CITY
Controlled-environment agriculture integrated into healthcare. Produce prescriptions. Neighborhood food infrastructure treated as civic infrastructure.
